Kenai Reel Haven

LOVED this home!!! The check-in instructions were prompt and super easy to follow. The home was super clean and welcoming upon arrival. We felt right at home and had everything we needed, and then some!! Dinner on the back deck each night was amazing!!! We enjoyed the firepit too...firewood can be purchased in town. We even saw a few moose from the backyard! There is a rather short walk to the river from the property, which we did every day...was fun to check out what everyone was catching and even do some fishing of our own, super close to the house! We only caught one, but it was super relaxing and a bad day of fishing beats a good day of anything else! The beds were super comfortable, towels smelled clean and fresh, kitchen was fully equipped, absolutely perfect!! I'd love to come back and spend a whole month at this property! The drive in to Soldotna was about 20-25 minutes, which was fine by us! Lots of coffee stops along the way, gas stations and other amenities are closer. If you're coming to this area and wanting something a little more private, this is it!!!

This is a very clean and well-maintained property. The property is well-appointed and has everything a family needs to enjoy a stay in the beautiful area including a gorgeous kitchen and comfortable furniture We were fortunate to wake up to Caribou and Moose grazing nearby, and saw eagles flying overhead. Convenient to supermarkets and restaurants in Soldotna and Kenai. I would definitely book this home again
